In Which Every Paragraph Starts with an ‘I’ Contraction
I’ve been pondering a lot lately.
I’ve also been building a new site. Alas, that’s been going slowly since I’m pondering a new domain1 and I just got a new job.
I’m sort of trying to build something that’s clean. Something I’m not worried about people I know finding.
I’ll be keeping the old blog posts, but making it more personal in addition to geeky stuff I post about instead of just posting personal stuff in my LiveJournal (with the exception of stuff that needs to be locked).
- Something I can stick with forever or for at least a very long while. I have one idea. I want something short. ↩

Pssht, you’re so self centred. :P
Looking forward to the new siteness and hoping you’re having fun at your new job!
Oh yes, personal blogs are pretty much the most masturbatory you can be without… actually touching yourself in public. :P
I work in retail as well. Fun stuff. XP
It’s retail so there’s only so much fun that can be had. ;)
I do have a personal site/blog so I suppose I am very self centred!
Hm, can’t wait to see the new site. Congrats on the new job.
I‘m a retail bitch as well! I hope you like being a retail bitch! I really enjoyed reading this blog! I hope to see you at your new domain soon! I would like to know your LiveJournal name!
…is that enough “I”‘s now? :P
Very good idea :) That’s pretty much exactly what I tried to do with my site.
Annd…. Congratulations on your new job :)
I can relate on the domain name thing. I was SO dead set on my domain name when I got it 2ish years ago, and now it doesn’t relate at all to the generic blog I’ve got slapped up there! But I figure I’ll just tired of another name if I switch now, so I figure I’ll keep it.
By the way, I like your domain name. Short and sweet :)
Good luck with your domain!
Can’t wait to see the new site =]
I think the really personal stuff should be kept in a place that leaves no evidence of its existence. Like inside your head. Or on paper, since that can be burned.
There’s always something so special about building brand new sites. The whole process of picking the name, setting it up, writing the first entry on it, etc, is really exciting, at least to me :P Although, I’ve kind of decided that I’m done switching domain names. Where I am now is where I’ll continue to be, because I would love to be one of those people who can proudly say that they’ve had the same site for three-four-five years :P I think that would be awesome.
I’m super excited to see your new site :)
WHERE DID YOU GO?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? D: D: D: D:
Ack, I’m alive. I’ve just been eaten by the fail monster.
I am moving to my new and more permanent personal site within the next couple of days though.
